I'm Sukhansh — a production manager based in Mumbai. I started as a self-taught video editor during lockdown, sent my first edit to Suhani Shah's team with spelling errors, and got hired.

Over the last 4 years, I've grown from freelance editor to building and managing her entire production — stage, shoots, team, and operations. I've built content channels past a million, managed live show production and backstage across India, and now oversee everything from pre-production planning to on-ground execution.

I work at the intersection of creative and operational — I understand both the art and the machinery behind it.
